Etsy New Member Guidelines

We at Etsy Houston want to organize a group of independent artists that can help better the awareness of our business and craft while also building relationships within an artist community.

We will accept new members that meet the following requirements:
1. Members must have an Etsy, e commerce, sell at events or sell in boutiques.
Members must follow the same guidelines as Etsy and sell handmade or vintage. Etsy members can't resell mass produced works.
2. Members must live in the Houston area.
This includes outlying areas such as The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Katy, etc.
3. Members are asked to participate and join these groups:

4. Members must have a current Tax ID or tax number and DBA.
YOU MUST BE A LEGIT BUSINESS. New members have three months to get these processes completed. This is for your own good! I promise.

5. Members must tag at least 25% of the items in their shop with the team tag 'etsyhouston'
6. Members must show recent online activity.
This includes checking your email on a regular basis, and updating your shop bi-monthly to monthly.
7. There are currently no dues to be a member of Etsy Houston.
